The object is currently being developed on 14,000 sq. m. on Huygensstraat at the Oudeland business park (Berkel en Rodenrijs) and <em>Nenco Food Group<\/em> will lease the total object with a floor area of \u200b\u200bmore than 10,000 sq. m. on a long-term basis.<\/p>\n<p><em>Nenco Food Group<\/em> is a company that focuses on the production of conscious and responsible food in particular and consists of 3 production companies. The company is currently located on the Piekstraat in Rotterdam and will be celebrating its 125th anniversary this year. The purchase price of the object is approximately 19,000,000 euros.<\/p>\n<p><em>Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies<\/em> has represented the interests of <em>Nenco Food Group<\/em> in collegial cooperation with Amstelkroon. <em>Rechtstaete<\/em> and <em>BakerMckenzie<\/em> have provided <em>Nenco<\/em> with tax and legal assistance. <em>Crossbay<\/em> was advised by <em>Deloitte<\/em> and <em>Taylor
