They rent 1,589 sq. m. of business space on the ground floor and approximately 779 sq. m. of office space on the first floor, as well as 15 parking spaces in the surrounding outdoor area.<\/p>\n<p><em>CHAUD DEVANT<\/em> is the trendy label for the modern chef, kitchen brigade and waiting staff. They are then sold to dealers and wholesalers in more than 20 countries. The clothing is designed in Amsterdam and then consciously produced in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Greg de Jong, CEO at <em>Chaud Devant<\/em>, says: \u201cAs an Amsterdam brand, it was important for us to find a building within the borders of Amsterdam that fits our activities and growth ambitions. A combination of logistics activities and a suitable office can be quite challenging. With <em>Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies<\/em> we succeeded in this quite quickly. In the coming months, the building will be painted and renovated with, among other things, \u201cstate of the art\u201d logistics facilities to serve our customers even better. In the coming years we can proudly further implement our plans from the Keienbergweg.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There is a long-term rental agreement based on market rental conditions.<\/p>\n<p><em>Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies<\/em> completed the transaction and assisted <em>Chaud Devant<\/em> in this process. <em>Bright Real Estate<\/em> represented the interests of the landlord.<\/p>\n
