The properties are located in Alkmaar, Emmen, Goes, Raalte, and Tiel and are leased on a long-term basis to various tenants. <\/p>\n<p>Together, the buildings comprise approximately 25,000 sq. m. of industrial space and around 2,500 sq. m. of office space, situated on a plot of approximately 67,000 sq. m.<\/p>\n                <\/div><!--end of text-wrap-->\r\n            <\/div><!--end of
