The property is a recently completed, high-quality distribution center strategically located in the Atlaspark area of the Amsterdam port (Westpoort).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The asset is long-term leased to Amsterdam Warehouse Company. The complex comprises approximately 23,984 sq. m. in total, including around 20,164 sq. m. of warehouse space, 3,327 sq. m. of mezzanine, and 493 sq. m. of office space.
