Campus Namestovo

CTP recently purchased Campus Namestovo in Slovakia, a fully-let logistic-campus of approximately 125,000 sq. m. on a plot of approximately 260,000 sq. m. The asset is leased to several high-quality tenants mostly active in the automotive industry like Yangfeng and Mahle Behr. The WAULT is 7.4 years and with additional land available for development, CTP will be able to grow the park, while continuing to improve the existing buildings to ensure they align with CTP’s high quality and sustainability standards. In the same transaction, CTP also acquired a logistics centre located in nearby Vavrecka, which is also fully leased. The allows CTP to grow the CTPark network in an area with a strong industrial tradition, at the cross-border location connecting Krakow, Bratislava and Bucharest.
