After completing his Gymnasium education in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Stijn Uijthoven studied law in Leiden and then started his career at Jones Lang LaSalle in Amsterdam. After several years at JLL, he started Appelhoven Vastgoedadviseurs with his business partner in 2004. In 2021, Stijn continued independently under the name Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies.
Renske Schuttelaar studied Dutch Law and Notarial Law in Utrecht, then started as a candidate civil-law notary at Boekel De Nerée. She then moved to Van Doorne. After working at Van Doorne she worked as legal counsel at Appelhoven Vastgoedadviseurs for two years. In 2021, she made the switch to Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies, where she provides legal support for purchase and sale transactions as well as leases.
Willemijn Schouten studied Communications Management in Utrecht and went on to work as a project manager for the public broadcaster, BNN. She then spent seven years as an office manager at Appelhoven Vastgoedadviseurs. In her current role at Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies Willemijn supports a wide range of projects and is responsible for all financial and general matters.
