Dream Industrial Netherlands Propco 22 B.V. recently bought a cross dock located at Logistiekweg 2, 4 and 5 in Bemmel.

The object also includes a fundamental land with a measuring bus of approximately 41,000 sq. m. There is a car wash for trucks and an accommodation building (approximately 750 sq. m.) for the drivers on this site.
The crossdock has a total number of more than 9,000 sq. m. This was developed about 2 years ago and leased on a long-term basis to Koeltransport Aalsmeer BV and Koeltrans Angeren BV.
