Hines buys sizeable financial portfolio

 

Real estate investor Hines recently acquired several properties, all of which have been leased on a long-term basis to companies active in the flower sector.

Two objects are located at the Royal FloraHolland park in Rijnsburg and the other object is located near the Royal FloraHolland park in Aalsmeer. The total floor area of ​​the portfolio is over: 50,000 sq. m. and the total purchase price is approximately EUR 75,000,000.

In all these transactions, Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies advised the sellers, private owners.
