The iconic office building with underground parking garage is located at Apollolaan 150 next to the Hilton Hotel with a beautiful view over the water, surrounded by terraces and a beautiful garden.

The building will be renovated and made more sustainable by the owner, a private investor, in the coming months. Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies advised HVK Stevens during this transaction.

The former main tenant of Apollolaan 150, Van Lanschot Kempen (VLK), retains 10% of the lettable area in the building. VLK received assistance from Wouter Winkel of NL Real Estate.
