Cocon extended long-term lease with Vemedia in Diemen

Cocon recently concluded the lease agreement with Vemedia Manufacturing B.V. extended for a long period of time. In the same negotiation, the rent was increased to a higher and more market-based rent. Vemedia has been renting the property at Verrijn Stuartweg 60 in Diemen for over 70 years. The property has a floor area of approximately 11,000 sq. m. divided into offices, RD, lab spaces and production space. Cocon already owns this object from 2006.
