Five industrial buildings Alkmaar, Emmen, Goes, Raalte and Tiel
Sagax has recently acquired five industrial properties that were previously jointly acquired by Solidiam and 3B Group. The properties are located in Alkmaar, Emmen, Goes, Raalte, and Tiel and are leased on a long-term basis to various tenants.
Together, the buildings comprise approximately 25,000 sq. m. of industrial space and around 2,500 sq. m. of office space, situated on a plot of approximately 67,000 sq. m.
