REAL acquires five commercial buildings from Solidiam and 3B Group
REAL (www.wearereal) has recently acquired five commercial properties previously owned by Solidiam in partnership with 3B Group. The properties are located in Aarschot, Heule, Oedelem, Lokeren, and Geraardsbergen, and all are currently leased.
The buildings comprise a total of approximately 42,554 sq. m. of industrial and office space, situated on around 101,145 sq. m. of freehold land.
