Kingstreet acquires fully let logistics property from private seller

Kingstreet has acquired a logistics property from a private party. The property comprises a cadastral land area of approximately 50,000 sq m of freehold land and a lettable area of approximately 30,000 sq m, and is located at Legmeerdijk 123 in Aalsmeer.
The property is fully and long-term let to Planttrend, a leading player in the sector (see www.planttrend.nl for more information).

CBRE acted as technical advisor to the seller, while Dentons provided legal advice. Commercial advisory services on behalf of the seller were provided by Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies.

Kingstreet, the purchaser, was advised by Delta Development, represented by Alfio Shkreta. Technical advice was provided by Savills, and GT Law acted as legal advisor.
