Crossbay acquires large-scale logistics building in Amsterdam

Crossbay has acquired a logistics development project at Conakryweg 6–8 in Amsterdam. The property is a recently completed, high-quality distribution center strategically located in the Atlaspark area of the Amsterdam port (Westpoort).

The asset is long-term leased to Amsterdam Warehouse Company. The complex comprises approximately 23,984 sq. m. in total, including around 20,164 sq. m. of warehouse space, 3,327 sq. m. of mezzanine, and 493 sq. m. of office space. The total plot size is 31,024 sq. m.

The development was delivered to high sustainability standards and has achieved a BREEAM “Very Good” certification. Utibo acted as the main contractor.

In the transaction, Crossbay was legally advised by Florent. CBRE provided technical advice, while Deloitte acted as tax advisor. The seller was legally advised by Lexence and commercially advised by Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies.
