Millten recently sold the St. Job property at Sint-Jobsweg 30 in Rotterdam to Cocon Vastgoed. The office building offers around 2,750 m², most of which is already leased, and it’s located in the popular Lloydkwartier.
St. Job is the former home to “NV Blaauwhoedenveem-Vriesseveem”. It was built between 1940-1949 and the architectural style represents a transition between traditional architecture and the modernism of the twenties, designed by architect Ph. Kanters. In 1998, this former harbour office was transformed into a business centre under the leadership of architect Erica Bakema, while retaining original details like the listed entrance and vaulted stained-glass windows. With its industrial look and high ceilings, this location offers contemporary yet unique workplaces.
Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies assisted Millten with the commercial side of the transaction, while Florent provided legal advice. Dentons provided legal assistance to Cocon Vastgoed.
