International investor buys large-scale logistics building in De Kwakel

International investor recently bought a logistics building with office space from a private investor, this property is located at Betula 31 in De Kwakel. The object has a total floor area of over 21,000 sq. m.

The entire object is leased to FM Group B.V. on a long-term basis.
