Easy Storage acquires over 12,000 sq. m. in former Hudson’s Bay building in Amstelveen

Easy Storage, an initiative of Minerva Development and Stevaco Vastgoed, has recently purchased the upper three floors of the Buitenplein building in Amstelveen from Amstel Buiten, a joint venture between Mobion Group, 3B Group and Solidiam.

The property has a total surface area of approximately 22,500 sq. m. With this transaction, a sustainable use of the upper floors is secured. The easyStorage concept provides a valuable solution that many residents in the region can benefit from.
