Solidiam successfully delivers 63,000 m² warehouse in Herkenbosch to P3 Logistic Parks

Solidiam has successfully completed the development of a state-of-the-art warehouse in Herkenbosch, The Netherlands, on schedule. The facility, spanning approximately 63,000 m², has been transferred to P3 Logistic Parks, a prominent European logistics real estate investor.

Even before the construction was completed, Solidiam secured a lease agreement with a leading global parcel service provider. This first tenant will occupy 28,000 m², representing around 45% of the total available space. The remaining 35,000 m² of high-quality warehouse space is now available for lease, with flexible options for subdivision if required.

The facility has been designed with a strong focus on sustainability, featuring energy-efficient LED lighting, an advanced water management system, ample bicycle parking, and provisions for solar panel installation. P3 aims to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification, reflecting the project’s commitment to environmental performance.

Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies acted as an advisor to P3 in both the acquisition of the property and the lease of the initial 28,000 m². JLL has been appointed together with Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies to manage the leasing of the remaining space, with flexible configurations available for prospective tenants.
