P3 welcomes first tenant (28,000 sq. m.) at new P3 Herkenbosch park, the Netherlands
P3 Logistic Parks, a leading European investor, developer and owner of logistics real estate, has signed a lease agreement with a global parcel service provider for P3 Herkenbosch, which is currently under construction and expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2024. Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies completed this first rental transaction on behalf of P3.
This first tenant will rent 28,000 sq. m. from December 2024, accounting for approximately 45% of the total capacity of the property. The remaining 35,000 sq. m. of high-quality rentable space will also become available from December 2024. Advisors Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies and JLL support P3 in renting out the remaining floor space. Partial rental is possible from approximately 13,000 sq. m.
P3 Herkenbosch, located in a top business park in Limburg, will offer more than 62,000 sq. m. of warehouse space upon completion with excellent accessibility via the N570 and A73 to Belgium and Germany.
The building has been designed with sustainability in mind and is equipped with LED lighting, a water management system, bicycle storage and the possibility of installing solar panels. P3 aims to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification for this groundbreaking development.
