With the acquisition of a development asset located in an established logistic park in Herkenbosch, the Netherlands, P3 Logistic Parks has added another asset to its Dutch portfolio. The long-term investor-developer of European logistics properties has acquired the asset from Solidiam B.V., a residential, office, and logistics real estate developer. P3 Herkenbosch is expected to be delivered by the fourth quarter of 2024.
In line with its growth strategy, P3 Logistic Parks has signed another forward-funding deal to acquire a high-end warehouse and office development in the Netherlands. The warehouse development is located in an established business cluster in Herkenbosch, consisting of a mix between offices, logistics, and semi-industrial buildings. Located next to highway N570 and close to A73, the area is well-connected and in close proximity to Belgium and Germany.
