The construction of the high-end development is planned to start in Q1 2024. Upon its completion in Q4 2024, P3 Herkenbosch will consist of a total gross leasable area of 62,341 sqm, including a 55,540 sqm warehouse, 3,098 sqm office and a 3,703 mezzanine space. With LED lighting installations, a water managing system, bicycle parking and the option to install photovoltaic panels, P3 is striving to achieve the BREEAM certificate “Excellent” for P3 Herkenbosch.

P3 was advised by Dentons on the transaction with Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies acting as the broker of the deal. Solidiam B.V. was advised by Rechtstaete. Goldbeck B.V. has been appointed as general contractor for P3 Herkenbosch.
