Sagax Expands Portfolio with Large-Scale Multi-Tenant Business Building in Amsterdam

Sagax has recently acquired the nearly fully leased multi-tenant business building “Johan” at Johan van Hasseltweg 2-32 from a private investor.

The building is located in the Hamerstraat area in Amsterdam North, a district formerly known for shipbuilding and factories, now offering space for creative entrepreneurs. Positioned prominently with its short side facing the IJ River, the building is used by businesses from various sectors, including small-scale industry, fashion, architecture, and media.

The building comprises approximately 6,000 m² of office and business space and has ample parking facilities at the rear.
