Chaud Devant recently rented approximately 2,368 sq. m. of industrial and office space at Keienbergweg 100 in Amsterdam. They rent 1,589 sq. m. of business space on the ground floor and approximately 779 sq. m. of office space on the first floor, as well as 15 parking spaces in the surrounding outdoor area.
CHAUD DEVANT is the trendy label for the modern chef, kitchen brigade and waiting staff. They are then sold to dealers and wholesalers in more than 20 countries. The clothing is designed in Amsterdam and then consciously produced in Europe.

A combination of logistics activities and a suitable office can be quite challenging. With Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies we succeeded in this quite quickly. In the coming months, the building will be painted and renovated with, among other things, “state of the art” logistics facilities to serve our customers even better. In the coming years we can proudly further implement our plans from the Keienbergweg.”
There is a long-term rental agreement based on market rental conditions.
