EQT Exeter purchases from Over Engh Vastgoed and Hercuton a XXL warehouse in Hulst

Recently, the project developers Over Engh Real Estate and Hercuton were able to close a transaction with the long term investor EQT Exeter with regard to a new XXL logistic warehouse in Hulst.

Hercuton will be responsible for the construction of this sustainable asset containing of 118,000 sq m of logistic space. The development includes 1,000 parking spaces for cars and 85 places for truck parking. The construction works have been started in January 2023 and the expected completion of phase 1 (approx. 66,500 sq m) will be in Q2 2024 and phase 2 end of 2024.
