Time Equities recently sold the company building located at Molensteijn 2 and Veldzigt 3 in De Meern to an international investor. The total floor area is approximately 9,105 sq. m., including 68 parking spaces. The property is leased to Velux Nederland B.V., Mojo Rental All Areas B.V. and Association Koos Utrecht.

The purchase price was approximately EUR 10,000,000. Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies advised the seller during this transaction. Legally they were assisted by Houthoff. Osborne Clarke has advised the buyer legally.
