Crossbay further expands its Dutch portfolio and purchases property on Oudeland business park in Lansingerland.

Crossbay recently purchased a new development from Nenco Food Group. The object is currently being developed on 14,000 sq. m. on Huygensstraat at the Oudeland business park (Berkel en Rodenrijs) and Nenco Food Group will lease the total object with a floor area of more than 10,000 sq. m. on a long-term basis.

Nenco Food Group is a company that focuses on the production of conscious and responsible food in particular and consists of 3 production companies. The company is currently located on the Piekstraat in Rotterdam and will be celebrating its 125th anniversary this year. According to the owner and director Lars Nenzel, the move to this business park and a completely new space will ensure further growth of the company.

Speebouw from Rotterdam will be responsible for the construction of the new premises of Nenco Food Group and completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2023. The purchase price of the object is approximately 19,000,000 euros.
