Team Rockstars IT purchases new building in Amsterdam

The circular and sustainable building The Circle has a new owner. Team Rockstars IT has purchased the property from developers Lingotto and Common City Development. The buyer is expected to move into the building themselves in the summer of 2027. The new building is located on the site where Café De Omval once stood, within walking distance of Amstel Station and on the edge of the new Amstelkwartier residential district.

The Circle was designed by Space&Matter and constructed by Woody Builders, a JAJO company. The wooden building consists of five floors with a total area of 2,350 m². The project is a prime example of collaboration, innovation, and circularity, and has been awarded an A+++ energy label.
