Montea buys a large-scale business complex at Verrijn Stuartweg 60 in Diemen

Montea has purchased the business complex at Verrijn Stuartweg 60 in Diemen from Cocon. Cocon has recently announced the lease agreement with Vemedia Manufacturing B.V. extended for a long period of time. Vemedia rents the object at Verrijn Stuartweg 60 in Diemen for more than 70 years. The complex has an floor area of approximately 11,000 sq. m. divided into offices, R&D, Lab and production.

The business complex is located on a plot of approximately 30,000 sq. m.
