Crossbay II purchases a distribution center in The Netherlands for the third time in a row

The pan-European last-mile platform Crossbay acquires a new distribution center located in Leiden. The investor thus adds 16,500 square meters to the second portfolio. Crossbay II has entered into a sale-and-leaseback agreement with tenant FlexIT, an international distributor and refurbishment partner. The building is strategically located along the A4 highway and connects Amsterdam with Rotterdam.

Crossbay was commercially assisted in the purchase of the distribution center by Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies. CBRE provided the technical advice, Deloitte fiscal and Florent Legal. he selling party was advised by Cushman & Wakefield (Commercial and Technical) and Bos Van der Burg Advocaten (Legal).

Crossbay is MARK‘s pan-European last-mile logistics platform. And takes further position with the purchase of this distribution center under the name Crossbay II, following the successful €1.6 billion sale of Crossbay I to Prologis in September 2022.
